Using the internet to market your MLM is the single best decision you can make. Apart from having a multitude of ways to market online, new ways are always being created so there will always be something fresh and new to learn, to try out and see if you can crack the constantly evolving internet marketing MLM industry. Additionally there is an endless amount of potential business and leads online, with thousands connecting daily.
The are two broad categories when it comes to Marketing you MLM online, both of which work.
The first is paid marketing which, as the name suggests, you are paying continuously for a certain service. Examples of this are PPC (whether Google, Yahoo or Bing), advertising on Facebook, banner advertising or list building etc.
Given that you paying for the pleasure of advertising, you want to be sure that your return, based on leads and subscribers obtained or sales made, is acceptable and also sufficient to cover your advertising costs.

The idea here is that you maximise the benefit of each lead whether they sign up to your main opportunity or not. The second way to market your business which, for the most part is free, is through social media. Building relationships here is the aim, not paying for advertising, using some of the most popular sites as facebook, twitter, youtube as well as article marketing etc.
Both the paid and free marketing streams are great ways to market your business with both have ample potential however using both is not recommended, at least not initially. Choose either paid or free marketing stream and then within that stream choose one avenue, so say you choose social media, then decide whether you want to use youtube, twitter etc.
If you try to do more, you will most likely become overwhelmed and do nothing well. Become good at one marketing method and then expand out when you see a steady return of at least 50 leads per day. You should then investigate other ways to add to your marketing and repeat this process to build many different marketing streams from your mlm.
